Rachel Seavey
Owner

Rachel is a Professional Organizer, Speaker and Coach. Rachel organizes homes and offices for residents and business owners in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has experience with projects of all sizes – everything from de-cluttering small collections to extreme cleaning for the entire home. She specializes in chronic disorganization, hoarding disorder and life changes. Rachel combines her expertise, professionalism and compassion to find the best organization solution for every client.

Rachel’s media appearances include the Emmy-nominated A&E series Hoarders, the CBS Sunday Morning Show and The Lady Brain Show. Rachel regularly speaks to homeowners, enforcement agencies, and professional organizers on how to de-clutter their homes, offices and lives. Her popular “Affirmations for Collectors” download can be found on iTunes or Amazon.
Every Sunday night at 6pm Rachel hosts “Hoardganize” a popular organizing podcast for listeners struggling with organization.

Fluent in Spanish, Rachel has traveled throughout Europe and loves to visit Asia, especially Tokyo, Japan. When she’s not de-cluttering, extreme cleaning or blogging, she’s with her son, dogs, and bearded dragon – living life and having fun.

Tony Leonardini

General Manager

Since joining the company 7 years ago, Tony Leonardini has been instrumental in the successful growth of  Collector Care. He brings with him years of  experience dealing with Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding disorder along with an extensive background in extreme cleaning. As General Manager of our company Tony is responsible for writing many of our estimates, including addressing all of our client’s needs from start to finish. In addition, he oversees daily business operations, networking operations, and client satisfaction.

Tony has a demeanor that makes our clients feel comfortable in his presence. This allows him to work closely on projects, and ensure our clients are completely satisfied from start to finish. Tony cares very much about his clients, and it shows in his attention to detail and the passion that he brings to Collector Care every day. Tony’s goal is to help people find a clear path to happiness and tranquility. When Tony is not working for Collector Care, he enjoys spending time with his family, his dog Snap, and riding his motorcycles.

Patrick Wulsin

Since joining the company 5 years ago, Patrick Wulsin has been instrumental in the successful growth of Collector Care. He brings with him years of experience dealing with Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding disorder along with an extensive background in extreme cleaning.  Patrick is responsible for leading new team members, large projects, and addressing all of our client’s needs from start to finish. 
Patrick’s tranquil nature puts you at ease while making those hard decisions. He has a great sense of humor, and enjoys hiking and nature. When he is not helping out, he is spending time with his family and playing with his dog.

Ashley Flores

As Collector Care’s Administrative Coordinator and the first point of contact for most clients, Ashley stands as a consolation and solace to overwhelmed callers looking for help with de-cluttering and organizing. With over 15 years of administrative experience, Ashley has a can-do attitude that always places the clients needs at the very top of her list. Nothing pleases her more than assisting others as she lays the groundwork to a harmonious relationship between client, organizer and environment. 

When she is not assisting clientele, Ashley enjoys writing short stories and essays while being in the great outdoors. She also loves to spend time with her husband, two children, three dogs and two pet chickens!

 

Tina Marie

Tina is our newest addition to our team and our field supervisor. Tina brings with her decades of project management and has an extensive construction background. Tina is responsible for organizing, cleaning,  supervising team jobs, driving, loading and unloading our vehicles. If you ever need a hand Tina is always there to help. Tina prides herself on being meticulous, efficient, and hard working.

When Tina isn’t working her tail off, she loves spending time with her husband, five boys, and two cats. Tina enjoys reading with her kids, cooking extensive meals, and spending time with her parents and siblings.
